Marrow Hill
Our home town. Most of our work is within a mile of Mill Lane Yard, from the Victorian terraces around the station to the newer estates on the east side.

Our workshop is here. No travel charge.

Many houses near the station were built between 1880 and 1910 and share the same quirks: lath and plaster ceilings, timber sash windows and suspended pine floors. We have worked on over a hundred of them and know where the problems hide.
Parking on the older streets is tight, so we plan deliveries for early mornings and keep the van off your neighbours' drives.
The estates on the east side date from the 1970s and 1990s. Work there is usually about updating: new kitchens and bathrooms, replacing tired internal doors and laying one floor through the whole ground floor.
Because the workshop is in town, we can often fit small repairs in at short notice. You are welcome to visit Mill Lane Yard to see timber, tile and paint samples before you decide.
Many of our recent jobs are on Station Road, Mill Street and the roads around the park, where a lot of original sash windows are still in use.
