Started with one van and a bench
Tom Fernhollow set up the workshop in 2009 after twelve years as a site joiner. The first jobs were stairs and fitted wardrobes. Customers kept asking who could tile the bathroom or paint the hall, so the team grew trade by trade.
Today nine of us work from the yard on Mill Lane. Every trade has a lead who checks the work before we hand it over, and Tom still visits every job before we quote it.

Fixed written quotes
The price in the quote is the price you pay, unless you change the job. Extra work is agreed in writing first.
Clean at the end of every day
Dust sheets down, tools away, rubbish taken with us. You can use the room in the evening wherever possible.
5 years guarantee
Every job comes with a written guarantee on workmanship. If something we did fails, we come back and fix it.
